Kim goes out of her way to make sure her patients are well taken care of. After four IV sites failed and I had been poked more times than I can count, she calmed me down and found a numbing cream as I need to have blood work done twice a day. She also went out of her way knowing how sad I was being stuck in my room so when I went to the NICU, she took me to the gift shop to get a few preemie outfits because she knew I had no clothes for my baby. I am a single mom and that helped more than she will ever know. She made a few bad days so much better.
