Kim works so hard every single shift. She helps everybody no matter what the role is. This floor is extremely busy every single day, but her positive attitude keeps the morale up even on the worst days. She has the ability to stay calm which helps keep the staff calm. She keeps things running smoothly and efficiently. If she knows a certain nurse is behind, she will help them get caught up without being asked. She will jump in and do a discharge or admission, wheel a patient out, start an IV, walk a patient, give a bath, or any other task that needs completing. She is hilarious to be around and her ability to laugh (most often at herself) helps keep the mood light. We want her to know how much we truly appreciate her. Thank you!
