After I had back surgery I was in a lot of pain. I was struggling with a death in my family and was extra emotional. Kim listened to me talked to me and shared some of her experiences with me. She was calm and collected and helped me gather myself after breaking down in tears. I called for her many times and each time she came in the room with a smile and gentle attitude. I felt like she really cared about her patients and nursing. We need more awesome "Nurse Kims" in the world!
