Throughout my life, I have never had such kindness and attentiveness as I have today with Ms. Kim. Being immobilized, she helped me with my water, phone charger, adjustments, etc., with no hesitation. Her presence was comforting and enlightening. She is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate.
