Kim Roach was cheerful and went out of her way to carefully explain to me what helpful things she had discovered about my very disabled cousin. As T's POA and family, I needed to know the information. Kim's interaction with T was heartwarming. Her sense of humor was like great medicine. I was very impressed by all my cousin's caregivers. I didn't know any of them before this visit. I'm glad there are so many compassionate caregivers with each time I've had interactions at this hospital. Cousin T is 97 and has dementia. Her communication has been very limited all her life due to Diphtheria. Her love of humor and joking is still vital to her. Kim and others of the staff showed appreciation for my cousin, even though she can be a bit of a challenge at times.
