Kim is a very dedicated and thoughtful nurse. She displays compassion and great concern for her patients. She is very professional and courteous. She is a great asset to Virtua. Virtua is very fortunate to have Kim on their staff.

Our family would like to express our most sincere appreciation for the care and attention given to our mother during her stay here. Kim exemplified what a nurse should be; caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Kim was also a noticeable presence on the floor with other patients and staff. She communicates clearly with helpers and coworkers, speaks respectfully and kindly to everyone. I observed her showing the same amount of care and concern toward all patients whether they had visitors or not, whether they were conscious or not. I could go on and on about how wonderful our family feels she is. She made us feel at home and as though we never were an inconvenience. You have a true leader in nursing here and all others should follow her example.
