Kim Soriano, RN

I would like to recognize Kim Soriano for his compassion and dedication to patient care. As the Nurse Supervisor on the 4th floor, Kim consistently demonstrates strong leadership and clinical excellence. What stood out most to me was his willingness to step beyond his supervisory role to directly assist a stroke patient who required help with feeding and thickened liquids.

He took the time to ensure the patient was safely and comfortably fed, showing patience, attentiveness, and genuine care. Kim’s actions reflect the true spirit of nursing. He leads by example, never hesitating to support both patients and staff when needed. His compassion, professionalism, and hands-on approach make a meaningful difference in the lives of those he cares for. He is truly deserving of this recognition.
