A patient was adamant that he was leaving Against Medical Advice. He took his telemetry off and got dressed and was leaving. Kim took the time to visit with him and find out the problems. He was upset with the soap we provided because it made him itchy and dry. She asked him if she ran and got him some Dove soap if he would stay. He agreed to this and was very thankful for a shower, felt better, and stayed the needed time to get better.
