Kim had a patient and her husband who were completely overwhelmed following a hospital stay. Kim spent an hour making calls to community resources to get more assistance in the home. Home Health clinicians in my eyes are super human, but this was above the call of duty. Kim called me to seek additional assistance for this patient that day. Home Care and Kim were ready to do whatever was necessary.
