Kim was so helpful, sweet, understanding and knows her job as a nurse. My sons were both born at 32 weeks. Kim took care of them many days and she helped us get through the hard times. We were able to laugh with her too, which helped us through the difficult times. Any questions we asked she knew the answer and if not she got the answer. I just wanted her to know she has made our stay at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit so much easier. Thank you to Kim!
