Kim Wall, RN

My 94-year-old mother was a patient in the ER. Unfortunately, my mom passed. It was a very heartbreaking, emotional time. While my mother was alive, Kim took exceptional care of her. During the time it took for my mother to pass, Kim was so kind to her. During this time I think I became the patient and I'll never forget the kindness she showed towards me. The respect she had was amazing. She also showed us the path to take towards directing my mom to her last moments in life. Kim, thank you for your compassion.
