I recently was advised to schedule a meeting with the Center to help with my condition. I walked into the reception area to schedule my appointment and was referred to Kim, but instead of waiting and scheduling an appointment, Kim was able to take time out of her day to help me on the spot. She must have been able to tell that I was confused about my monitoring schedules and my condition in general. Her reassurance and guidance were just what I needed. She was able to talk me through everything, and I left feeling confident and grateful for the care I had been provided with.

Her responsiveness, attentiveness and compassion are only some of the characteristics that make Kim an extraordinary nurse.
