I was treated in the ER after a fall and diagnosed with a fractured ankle. I was in a lot of pain, and Kim did many things to make me as comfortable as possible. She was thoughtful and gave me options such as staying in the chair rather than getting up on the bed. She was appropriately talkative to help me keep my mind off it while I waited. She made sure I was safe and even took me out to meet my Uber at the front door when it arrived. She taught me how to use the walking boot and the RICE acronym for treating the injury. I felt very cared for.
