My daughter came for a procedure with high anxiety regarding the IV and labs. Kim was very patient, personable, and flexible with all our needs. My daughter has a history of seizures and so any increase in anxiety is a trigger. Kim was willing to take her time dealing with my daughter's fears. I'm an RN so I realize how important calmness and humor and patience are, especially in endoscopy where people are already going to be nervous about their day. Kim treated my daughter, who is 24, like her own child, and I really appreciate it so much. She got warm blankets, more chairs for myself, husband and her fiancé. She was very knowledgeable about the day's flow as well as hospital procedures. Also, she called and spoke with my daughter's anesthetist. She went the extra mile to give my daughter peace of mind and it made all the difference. Our stress was high but was made more tolerable by Kim's calm professionalism.
