Kim always has the member in mind and when others become overwhelmed she does a great job of refocusing the team on the member and how to provide them with the best patient care possible. Kim also knows that in order for staff to provide the best care, staff need to be taken care of, listened to, and respected. Kim does an excellent job at valuing the staff's opinions and works to find solutions that work for everyone. Kim is extremely knowledgeable and shares information freely. She is extremely collaborative and invites others into the process. She is also consistently working to expand scope and ensure that our RNs, LVNs, and MAs are working at the top of their scope. I would be lost without Kim!
