Kim made a difference in our stay the moment she started taking care of my husband. She had a smile on her face and an upbeat positive attitude. She also was very knowledgeable about the care we were being provided. She explained the dialysis machine and answered our million and one questions. She was constantly looking and suggesting ideas to make him more comfortable She also emotionally took care of us. On the morning of his birthday, he woke up to a totally decorated room with hand-drawn art depicting his love of tennis. First time I saw a big smile on his face in quite a while.
