My dad is in fourth stage pancreatic cancer, he has been very sick and in and out of the hospital a lot for the past two years. He has become a little unsettled when he has to be at the hospital. He has been very confused on and off during this stay and Kim made him feel at ease. Her warm, caring attitude and sense of humor helped him calm down when he was upset. I am so thankful she has been here with him. He remembered her at shift change and asked for her when she was off. I want her to know that she is appreciated! Nurses like her are rare! She goes above and beyond to make sure her patients get the care they deserve. I feel at ease leaving him at night in her care. Thank you, Kim, for being awesome.
