Kim goes above and beyond for each Veteran and situation that she comes across. Kim is knowledgeable of many things and what she doesn't know she finds out. There are often difficult situations with Veterans who are not eligible for VA services and Kim does everything in her power to find resources and support within the community while working through the red tape that the VA can have to assist Veterans.

Kim is kind and compassionate and her passion is evident in the work that she does. Recently she reached out regarding a policy regarding CNH and a Veteran who had to leave his wife to be placed on Hospice. The Veteran's wife was also on Hospice and she utilized this experience to create change through policy to assist Veterans to remain near their loved one when possible utilizing her program.
