After experiencing many nurses, I was astonished at Kim's compassion, her extraordinary care of my 93 year old mother when she was in my mother's room. She was 100% focused only on mom. She explained what she was doing and guided me on how best to give my mother the care she needs. She was delicate, compassionate, 100% focused on her patient. She was EXCEPTIONAL! I was honored to have her care for my mom. What an amazing lady! Kim overwhelmed me with her loving treatment.
