Kim is such an important person to all of us on C2! Since I began my journey at Bronson, there has not been a day that she has not helped the rest of our team and me tremendously. She is always looking for ways to help, often anticipating what’s needed ahead of time and doing without being asked. She always carries a smile on her face and is the constant amid the chaos that can happen so often on such a busy floor. Kim listens to, encourages, and collaborates with those she is working with. She never complains and always finds a way to make things happen. She is sensitive to patients’ needs and shows endless compassion. She goes above and beyond in making sure our patients feel safe, heard, and well cared for.
