Kimmy was awesome! She was thorough, responsive and kind. I felt very comforted as Kimmy was so attentive to my needs. She was on top of the medication schedule and was diligent about checking in with me. Kimmy also spent time talking and listening with me and all of my family members. This made us all feel that I was in good hands. She was very informative on the game plan and actions that were taking place. She was prepared with all the necessary information to provide me and my family with updates. Also, if she did not know what the next steps were, she would be sure to find out what the plans were and relay the message to me. I can't say enough about how professional, as well as spectacular Kimmy was. She was great! She was a real advocate and we want to show our appreciation and gratitude.
