I’m writing this statement because I have only come across 2 other people in my short life (68) who are as dedicated and driven to do the best job possible for Veterans (like me). The trusting relationship that I have developed with Nurse Jolly was due to her being able to engage me on so many levels. She has helped me to be honest and completely open with the staff and my psychiatrist, who has not only helped here on 5 East but has encouraged me to continue to work on my MST. I also feel like she has gotten my meds right for the 1st time. For this and so many more reasons I would like to show my appreciation and gratitude to and for Ms. Kim Jolly. Thank you.
