I just want to say thank you to Kim. Kim, you demonstrated what it is to have compassion, patience, integrity, and knowledge about your patients' needs and family's needs as well. When I had to figure out how I was to handle the situation, you looked at me to say don't worry, we can do this this way. That is why we came here. You made my father feel safe and secure and I knew that he was in good hands.
