My dad was sick, and I brought him to the hospital. On Level 1 of the parking lot he collapsed. Kimberly was passing by and she stopped and helped. She called a "code down" for a wheelchair and stayed with me, comforting me and watching my dad while he was vomiting. She followed us inside. Then she turned out to be our ER nurse. She was so sweet to my dad and family while he was in the ER. I think Kimberly encapsulates everything the DAISY Award stands for and I was so happy she was our nurse.
