Kim is an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), she is a positive role model and has been a preceptor to many staff members who are now strong, compassionate nurses. Dedicated to patient and family education, Kim has developed a "Keeping it Healthy at Home" informational sheet for patients so they can help themselves stay healthy at home and avoid readmission. She advocates for quality patient care by actively participating in interdisciplinary rounds, and is always advocating for our Bone Marrow Transplant patients. Kim is one of those nurses that is always thinking of her patients, and problem-solving. She works hard to provide the best experience for our patients.
