Kim was a Godsend. She was there from the start, and even walked out with us to the bay when being transferred out. From the start, Kim spoke with such softness, respect, and acknowledged every fear I was experiencing. She explained everything thoroughly to help me understand the plan of action and expected response. Kim often checked on us and even brought my daughter a bear. She got down to her level and comforted her with hugs and sweet words of encouragement.
