My uncle has had bad experiences with catheters. Kimberly was so kind, sweet, and gentle that she is the first person after five years to convince him to have it placed. He was scared, but her genuine kindness and gentle touch made it a comfortable experience that even surprised us. We are so grateful and she is a rare angel.
