Even though all the nurses and aides were wonderful during my recent knee replacement, I would like to give extra kudos to Kim! Her manner was super cheerful and very professional! I looked forward to her smile and caring demeanor as she cared for me. I know she had many others to tend to, but she always made me feel as though I were the only patient! One time she even did a little song and dance number for me - a truly memorable moment! Kim makes a big difference in what is a necessary experience (hospital stay) into something far from being dreaded by any patient fortunate enough to be under her care!
