I would like to recognize Kim for going the extra mile for my friend. After a surprise visit to the ER, X was sent to surgery to remove his appendix. Unfortunately, X was visiting Miami and had no family, and I was his only friend in town. As it happens, I was out of town for work and was desperately trying to get information for X‘s family in Columbia. That’s when an angel sent me Kim! Kim was attending to X and took the call. She was polite, courteous, and professional. Her willingness to go the extra mile and show me on X's condition allowed me to inform his family and calm them. I’m sure that in this business, it’s easy to desensitize people’s needs, but Kim treated X and me as though we were the most important patients ever. Thank you, Kim! You brought me such relief. I cannot even fully describe it. Commendations to Kim and please recognize her for taking such good care of X and his family.
