The way Kim has helped us and our dad is amazing and a comfort in a rough time for all of us.
My father has been in the COVID unit for a month. We have not seen him in person for a month. We didn't know if he would live or die. All of the nurses have been great, but Kim Cook has been extra special. She took all of my dad’s children's names and she tried to facetime each of us. She has such compassion for the patients and their families.
My sister lives in Georgia and was having a hard time, she had not seen our father since February. Kim facetimed her and it gave my sister comfort. I think all of the COVID patients should have someone to facetime their family for them if they are able to talk. The way Kim has helped us and our dad is amazing and a comfort in a rough time for all of us. Kim's compassion for the patient's family should be an example to all nurses.
My daughter lived six hours away and she wanted to be facetimed, Kim also facetimed her. I appreciate such a caring nurse.
