Kim helped me feel comfortable in a really stressful, scary and unfamiliar situation. She spent a great deal of time with me and she was so relaxed and so fun it made the situation feel a little lighter than it truly was. She was also really receptive whenever I or my family brought up concerns or asked questions. She checked into anything we asked about and got more information from the doctors as we needed it. Kim has a lot of heart and it felt like she truly cared about my family and me. She made the first few hours after surgery bearable for my family and the first few hours after waking up bearable for me.
