As a nurse, I hope for the best care for my family when they are hospitalized. It is rare that I feel my family member has received care that I am completely satisfied with and I feel comfortable leaving the hospital, if necessary. Kimberly went above and beyond to ensure that my family member was comfortable and I was kept up to date on the plan of care. Kimberly was extremely passionate and very responsive to our needs. She even went out of her way to ensure a hospital bed was brought into the room so my family member would be comfortable while waiting for a room assignment.
My family and I were very happy with our nursing care, and Kimberly is to thank for that!
