This nurse should be teaching said the patient. She is knowledgeable, efficient, compassionate, positive, and supportive. I don't know how she does it all with such grace. I came to the hospital very sick with no prior heart or blood pressure issues. Multiple tests were taken over several days, and through all the sticks, IVs, testing, and new medications, I felt known and cared for because of Kim. She explained everything during this fearful time so I could understand, especially IVP dye and heart Cath procedures. She is amazing, and I was blessed to have Kim as part of my care team!
