Kimberly is clinically one of hte most excellent nurses that I have ever worked with. She is thorough, conscientious, caring and the ultimate team player. She consistently advocates for her patient's needs an ensures that they get the best care possible. She takes the time to do the little things that are often most comforting to the patient. She also offers to help nurses with a difficult assignment, she is flexible and an excellent preceptor. She is kind and has patience for those around her. She sets a positive tone for the unit. The best compliment that I could give is that Kimberly would be the nurse that I would want to take care of my family members if they ever needed to be a patient at Harborview. She is the epitome of what the DAISY Award represents. Thank you!
