February 2014 Honoree
kimberly divirgilio, BSN RN
Some may consider this DAISY Award Honoree an infant herself by Saint Vincent Hospital Center for Women and Infants longevity standards. During her three years she has managed to make quite an impact on the hundreds of patients and families she has cared for. Kimberly Divirgilio received five nominations for the DAISY Award in just the past two months.
Her patients and families describe her as an awesome nurse who always makes sure they are comfortable, have everything they need and provides them with the education they need to care for themselves and their new baby. They say she shows nothing but kindness, the utmost concern and the love of her job and the patients. Barely a day goes by that Kimberly is not recognized by her patients for the outstanding patient care and teaching she provides each and every day she works.
