Kim goes above and beyond for not only her patients but also the staff. Kim often can be seen working extra shifts for staff including night shift coverage. When you ask Kim to help in any way her response will always be "yes" which shows the necessary qualities of Flexibility.
Kim is loving, loyal, kind and always has positive things to say about everyone.
