Kim is special because no matter a well visit or illness, she is always so pleasant and upbeat. She makes you feel better. As far as being professional, I have never called the office when she has not returned the call. Her time is my time. I feel she has that certain something that makes you feel that you are special. She is surely a caring, kind nurse which is a credit to the office.
