Kim was incredible during our stay on the postpartum unit. She provided excellent education throughout the day and went above and beyond to ensure we were ready to go home. When a complication arose with our son, she acted quickly to involve the doctors and create a safe, effective plan to resolve the issue. Kim kept us informed through every step of the process, and when her shift ended, she made sure a clear plan was in place for the next few hours so we could still be discharged as scheduled. Her experience, professionalism, and genuine care for our son and our entire family were so deeply appreciated. We were truly thankful to have Kim as our nurse.

On my final day in the hospital following my C-section, Kim was again my nurse, and her kindness, care, and attentiveness stood out. She made sure I had everything I needed for discharge and was very supportive in managing my pain. Her calm presence and compassionate nature made me feel completely at ease. It was clear she loves her job and has years of experience, which shines through in her incredible bedside manner. She made me feel so comfortable, almost like family, and helped make my entire experience at Lankenau wonderful.
