My daughter was born in March 2020, 24 hours later I was alone in my room with my brand new baby and she would not stop crying. I was a brand new mom, completely alone in the middle of the night and I had no idea what to do. I called the nurse’s station and they sent Kim to my room. She sat with me for 45 minutes and helped me get E calm, taught me some breastfeeding tips, and kept us company to make sure we were okay. Kim was such an angel in the middle of such a stressful situation. The world was going crazy outside with the pandemic, and Kim helped me in those first important days to feel confident about being a mom. I will be forever grateful!
