Kimberly is assigned to NICU and Pediatrics, wherein the parents who will have their babies or children admitted will always have a difficult journey.
Showing the family member some kindness will make them feel warmth during these challenges will somehow put them at ease.

All the parents of the patients who were admitted to both units were always thankful to Kimberly for making them feel comfortable and welcome. Kimberly was nominated by the mother of a NICU patient who was too stressed and scared during their time in the NICU. However, Kimberly assured that the mother was eating on time and will not neglect her health. She encouraged her to be healthy and strong for her baby. Through this small act of kindness, the mother felt comfortable and calm, knowing that her baby was in good hands.
