Kim was so caring and cheerful. She knew my concerns about traveling to UH Main Campus, and she gave me perfect directions on how to get there and where to park. She helped calm me - I had never been to UH Main Campus and was petrified. Throughout the day, she kept me updated on what was happening because, at first, my husband was scheduled for surgery, but then the surgeons felt he was too weak for surgery and decided to transfer him to UH. Kim always had a smile and never got flustered by anything. She is an asset to SW!
