Kimberly exemplified professional, caring, and compassionate care for me. I was under her care for two nights, which was my stay in observation. I was sent to the ER from my doctor's office and didn't expect to be admitted. Kimberly's caring and warm personality changed my perspective regarding my stay. She checked on me often and made sure whatever I needed was provided. I was having very bad pain in my knee, was a fall risk and Kimberly made calls or whatever she had to do to make sure I received something to help. She assisted me to the bathroom to ensure my safety. When I first saw her on my second night, I truly smiled because I knew that I would be taken care of. She is an extraordinary nurse and has a heart for what she does. Thank you, Kimberly, for taking such good care of me! You are a big part of my healing process.
