Kim was amazing. She is so down to earth and easy to talk to. I actually was sad her shift would end. She was genuinely compassionate. Kim truly cares for her patients and their well-being. It almost felt like a family member was taking care of me. She would ask questions concerning my well-being and you could tell she genuinely wanted to help me and make me as comfortable as she could after my surgery.
