I had major back surgery and was not used to being laid up. Kim always had a positive attitude when she came into my room and lifted my spirits. The second day I was having a bad day and she knew it. She asked how things were and when I told her about my concern she took time and made the situation more comfortable and always checked in on me frequently. She changed my whole experience around and made my stay much more tolerable. She has the compassion that all nurses should have.
