Several people had explained my treatments and medications, almost always hurried and distant. When I talked with Kim, she was so thorough and well-informed that I was able to understand. Although she is very busy, she does not seem to be hurried when she listens to me. She is knowledgeable and yet explains at my level. She is attentive and frequently anticipates my needs. She is professional, compassionate and caring. What an infectious smile and loving quiet demeanor! She is the best of the best!
