Kimberly was amazing. She is the definition of what a nurse should be. She not only went out of her way to take complete care of me and even those who were not her patients, but she also found a way to make the worst time of my life livable. Her personality, her compassion, and her openness to relate to us in any way possible is in my eye the definition of an amazing nurse. She is one of the reasons I will always choose Banner Scottsdale.

I only got to know Kimberly just a few days but she made a major impact. She came to give me meds and asked about my day. I felt open enough to tell her about myself so that I knew she could relate. She gave me hope and that one day it would all be ok. I can't say one specified incident she just made a big difference every day she came to work.

Miss Kimberly shows extreme compassion for us every time she sees us. She makes a point to be sure that we understand our medications and procedures while she is treating us. She actually takes a personal interest in our situations, who we are, and encourages us to learn and grow in our journey to recovery. Some nurses don't see us as people just bodies.
