Kim admitted a very difficult patient who was suffering from anxiety and PTSD. Kim took time to sit and listen to E's story which created a trusting relationship throughout E's stay on PCU. Kim received a letter from E along with a friendship bracelet after she was discharged from the hospital. The letter says, "Dear Kim, Thanks for being kind, respectful, and for lifting my spirits when I really didn't feel good. Thank you for your compassionate bedside manner, it really helps people like me who have anxiety. Thanks for everything you have done to reduce my suffering. With all my heart, E."
