Kim gave amazing care to a labor patient yesterday. She not only supported the patient through a long labor, four hours of pushing, failed vacuum, C-section, and complicated PACU course; but she constantly was educating and preparing the patient and husband with information about what might happen and the care involved.
With minimal breaks herself, Kim kept a smile on her face and made our whole department shine! Thank you, Kim!
