Kim is always thinking of the next step in my daughter's care and preparing me for her discharge home. She has taken the time to teach me about her feeding pump and breastfeeding. Everything my daughter accomplishes, Kim is there to cheer us on. She is great with communicating with the team to promote the best care. She suggested that my daughter start bottle feeding, which she did great with, this then lead to her breastfeeding. I feel that Kim has helped my daughter succeed.
