Her patient's granddaughter was at work and very worried about her grandmother. She specifically called back to the ER after her grandmother's treatment to speak with the director about how Kim took the time to call her several times during her grandmother's ER visit to keep her updated and involved in her grandmother's care. She said Kim was very kind and thoughtful when speaking with her.
